Marie Skinner Throgmorton

Kevil, KY. Marie Skinner Throgmorton, age 91, died Friday, July 29, 2016 at
3:55 p.m. at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY.

Marie is survived by one daughter, Sonya Hosick and her husband Mike of
Forest, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas E.
Throgmorton and
her grandson, Jace Hosick.

She was a a faithful and longtime member of Spring Bayou Baptist Church. In
her younger years she was an active member of the Women's Missionary
Society and Girl's Ausillary Leader. Marie's faith, perserverance and
determination enabled her to overcome and deal with life's health issues.

She is also survived by one sister Ruth Burnett of Kevil, KY., and one
sister in law Faye Skaggs of West Paducah, KY. Three nieces Donna Meeks of
Melber, KY.,
Rexie Jackson of Melber, KY. and Patricia O'Neal of Bremen, Ky. One Nephew
Tommy Cruse of Melber, KY.

Marie was also preceded in death by two sisters Almeda Cruse and Zelma Lee
Davis and her parents Homer and Gila Crawford Skinner.

Visitation for Marie will be Tuesday after 1:00 p.m. at Spring Bayou Baptist
Church.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Spring Bayou Baptist Church
with the Rev. Terry Tipton and the Rev. Wesley Morehead officiaiting.
Interment
will follow at Spring Bayou Baptist Church Cemetery.
