Cecile was one of the most unique individuals I have ever known. I could sit for hours and listen to her stories and tales of Barlow and Ballard County, and the family and friends she knew so well. And FUNNY! She could read the Barlow phone book and make you laugh, just by her unique way of putting things! Love you Cecile, and you will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune and pleasure to know you. Larry and Kim Kelley
