Jamie Joe Pigg

Jamie Joe Pigg was born on September 25, 1977 to Richard and Cathy Pigg. Jamie went home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2017 at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta GA where he had been since March 10 after receiving injuries from an automobile accident. Jamie is now rejoicing with his son Christopher and other loved ones.
Jamie was a loving devoted father to his sons, Isaac and Emmit who were his world. He loved spending time with them and especially taking them to the skate park and enjoying the outdoors with them.
Jamie had a passion for music and was a very talented musician and song writer. He was known to many of his friends as being "One of a kind." He was a unique person and won everyone's heart with his bright smile, friendly personality, caring heart and compassion for others.
Jamie was a graduate of WKCTC and was attending Murray State University where he was a senior majoring in psychology and would have graduated in May of 2017. His goal in life was to help others especially children with disabilities.
Jamie is survived by his parents, Richard and Cathy Pigg of Wickliffe. Two sons, Isaac and Emmit of Barlow Ky. Two brothers, Richie Pigg (Brandi) of Bardwell, and Josh of Barlow, Ky. A sister Angel Feezor (Bailey) of Wickliffe, KY. His grandmother Eva Pigg of Beardstown, Ill. Nieces Savannah Pigg and Faith Feezor; Nephews Isaac Feezor, Ethan and Shayne Pigg and Auggie Feezor. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Escher Lee Pigg; grandparents, Billy Joe and Stella Bobbett and James Pigg.
Services for Jamie will be held Wednesday August 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Morrows Funeral Chapel in LaCenter KY with the Rev. Daniel Fraser officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 22, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8p.m.
