Wickliffe, KY- Beatrice June Wray, age 86, passed away at her home Saturday, October 30, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born to her parents, Albert and Bessie Knight on June 6, 1935. She was raised in the Ozark Mountains where she discovered her love for fishing. She was of the Baptist Faith. Her hobbies were cooking, gardening and ceramics. Beatrice loved music and loved to dance especially, the Jitter Bug. Beatrice worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and going on golf cart rides with them.

Beatrice is survived by two sons, David Michael Wray of Benton, IL and Ronald Wray of Lake Charles Louisiana; one daughter, Patty Jerrell of Wickliffe, KY. Nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren with one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Sim Wray Jr.; a son, John Wray; one brother James Albert Knight.

Morrow Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements. There are no services at this time.
