Billy Elliott Moore, age 80, of Kevil, KY passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at LifeCare of LaCenter. Billy was an Army Veteran and a member of Kevil First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sarra Sue Moore of Kevil, KY; two daughters Cindy Moore Strattman and husband Roddy of Clarksville, TN and Sandra Moore Bowman and husband Steve of Goodlettsville, TN. Billy is also survived by four Grandchildren: Jacob Patrick Hopkins of Knoxville, TN, Sean Elliott Hopkins of Clarksville, TN, Rachel Suzanne Hopkins of Clarksville, TN, and Sophia Grace Bowman of Goodlettsville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Willard Moore and Nellie Vada Elliott Moore. Visatation will be Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 10:00 am at Morrow Funeral Chapel of Kevil. Funeral will be Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 2:00 pm at Morrow Funeral Chapel of Kevil with Rev. Stewart Strickland, Rev. Gaylon Bruer, and Rev. Matthew Thomas all officiating.
