Kevil, KY Billy Wayne Owsley, age 75, died at Baptist Health at 11:39 p.m. Friday evening. Billy Wayne was a retired farmer and dairyman. He also was a salesman of small farm equipment. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church. He is survived by two sons Kevin Owsley ( Rebecca) and Kris Owsley ( Jessica). Six grandchildren: Fallon Dunn (Tim), Issac Shannon (Ashley), Cash Owsley, Keaton Owsley, Cameron Owsley and Kaydence Owsley. Four great grandchildren. The mother of his sons Judy Owsley, one sister Lila Jean Owsley, one brother Kenneth Owsley (Gayle) and special companion, Betty Louise Goldsby. Billy Wayne is preceded in death by his parents W.E. (Bill) Owsley and Fannie Holt Owsley, and one grandson. Funeral Services will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter with the Rev. Neil Eidson officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery.
