Hickory, KY Billy Frank Renfrow, age 78, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. He was born in Ballard County on June 27,1946, to his late parents, Bailey David and Virginia (Hall) Renfrow.

Billy loved the Lord and was a member of Trace Creek Baptist Church. He was a United States Army Veteran; he retired in 2015 after 44 years of service as General service at New Page Papermill. With a smile on his face, he had a very kind and generous heart. Billy was patient, softspoken and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Playing his guitar while his grandchildren danced was his one of his favorite things to do, alongside telling Bible stories.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Darlene Carlisle Renfrow; a son Doug Renfrow (Krystal) of Lone Oak, KY; three daughters, Kimberly Lee (Daniel) of Mayfield, KY, Laurie Mathis (Tim) of Mayfield, KY, and Christy Renfrow of Mayfield; a sister Nancy Smithson (Pat) of Lone Oak, KY; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.

Billy was preceded in death by a son, Robert Dale Renfrow, two brothers Roy Renfrow and Robert Renfrow and his parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 5-8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with the Rev. Ron Stinson officiating.

Interment will follow at Barlow Cemetery with Military Honors.
