Bobby Lee Pool, 84, of Gage, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, December 15, 2019. Bobby was born on April 4, 1935 in Wickliffe, KY to John Henry Pool & Esther Myrtle Hargrove Pool.

He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He worked as a dairy farmer & a dozer operator alongside his father. He was a member of Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church and left behind a testimony of salvation in 1953. He was a devoted family man and an avid UK Wildcat basketball fan.

Bobby is survived by: his children, Terry Pool (Brenda) of Calvert City, LaRanda Payton (Danny) of Caneyville, and David E. Pool of Gage; 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter. His siblings; Shirley Williams of Wickliffe, Sue Forgey of Bell City, Henry Edward Pool of Bardwell, Fanetta Puckett (Tim) of Cunningham, and Aloah Viets (Ralph) of Springfield, IL.

Bobby is preceded in death by his daughter, Vanita Fay Pool, his parents, Henry & Esther Pool, and his wife, Ruth Ann Pool.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter with the Rev. Drew Gray & Brother Brad Whittemore officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Military Honors.

Visitation will begin after 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.
