Willoughby, age 75, died at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY Tuesday morning at 3:52 a.m. Carole had and a Business and Accounting Degree from Western Kentucky University. She managed several convenient stores. She is survived by two daughters Sydell Spears of Benton, KY. and Kathy Spears of Florida. Two brothers Arnette Willoughby of Kevil, KY and Harry Willoughby of Alabama. One sister Creo Christian of Kevil, KY. Carole was prededed in death by her husband Kenneth Spears, one daughter Kimberly Spears and her parents Ewing And Thelma Willoughby.
