KEVIL, KY: Dennis Wayne McCoy, age 63, passed away Tuesday at Baptist Health of Paducah. He was born March 3, 1953 to Marvin and Lonnie Clay McCoy. He was of the Baptist faith, He worked construction as a concrete finisher. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kristie McCoy of Kevil; three daughters, Lisa Shaffer (Alan) of Princeton, KY, Jacque Renfrow (David) of Wickliffe, KY and Jessi Elledge (William) of Kevil, KY; one brother, Mark McCoy of Carterville, IL; twelve grandchildren, Jordan Riter (Roslyn), Caitlin Shaffer, Reese Abernathy, Collin Shaffer, Brennan Elledge, Blake Abernathy, Keira Elledge, Josie Shaffer, Rowen Elledge, Norah Elledge and Owen Renfrow; and one great granddaughter, Orabell Riter. He was preceded in death by one brother, Michael McCoy; one sister, Edith Tharp; and his parents, Marvin and Lonnie McCoy. Visitation for Dennis McCoy will be Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Morrow Funeral Chapel of LaCenter. Graveside services will follow at Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. Robert Bickford officiating.
