LaCenter, Ky. Doe Lucreda Spears, age 82, died at her home in LaCenter, KY. on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 1:25 p.m. Doe devoted her life to taking care of her family. She was born and raised in Sikeston, Mo. and moved to Paducah, KY to raise her family there. Doe took care of her parents who lived in Jackson, Missouri. She is survived by one son, Sonny Henry Frank Spears of West Paducah, KY. Three daughters, Diana Lynn Spears of LaCenter, KY., Melody Lucreda Schell of The Village, Florida, and Jennifer Kay Barksdale of Las Vegas, Nevada. One brother, J.L. Greenlee, of Sikeston, Mo. Doe was preceded in death by her husband Henry Ford Spears, one brother, two sisters, and her parents, Roy and Leona Greenlee. Visitation will be Friday Evening, January 8, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. Celebration of Doe's life service will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. with Brandon Marshall officiating.
