West Paducah, Ky. Emily Adele Heflin died Friday, November 27, 2015 at Baptist Health Hospital. Emily was employed at Newton Creek Baptist Church as the Secretary. She was retired from Union Planters Bank. She was a member of Newton Creek Baptist Church. Emily is survived by her husband of 55 years Harry Heflin of West Paducah, two daughters Carol Renee Verbaere of Paducah, and Cheryl Ann Chilton of Benton, Ky. One brother Martin Warford of Jeffersonville, Indiana and one sister Elaine Sullivant of Paducah, Ky. She was preceded in death by one brother and her parents Robert and Emily Warford. Visitation will be Tuesday Evening from 5-8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter. There will also be visitation Wednesday morning after 11:00 a.m. at Newton Creek Baptist Church . Funeral Services will be at Newton Creek Baptist Church at 2:30 Wednesday with the Rev. Rodney Cude and Rev. Terry Sills officiating. Interment will follow at Newton Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
