LaCenter, KY Herman Franklin Russell, age 89, died at his home in LaCenter, KY. Tuesday morning. He was a member of a Masonic Lodge in Michigan. He was an inventor. Herman is survived by two sons Allan Russell of Arkansas and Steven Russell of Traverse City, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his wife Lila Russell, two brothers Leonard Russell and Charles Ozment, one grandson Michael Russell and His parents Thomas and Catherine Shemwell Russell. Private Graveside Services were held Thursday at Antioch Cemetery and Interment followed at Antioch Cemtery. Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter is handling arrangements.
