Barlow, KY Jack Roddy, also known as Mr. Mimmie died Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 4:33 p.m. a his home in Barlow with his loving wife by his side.. Jack along with his wife Mimmie have owned and operated Mimmies Pizza in LaCenter, KY for 32 years. He was a member of Grace Valley Baptist Church in Kevil, KY Jack was a U.S. Army veteran ( e-5) Sargent were he served in Korea . He was 32 Degree Mason at Moreno Valley Masonic Lodge # 804. Where he had served as past Master of the Lodge. He retired after 35 years of service from United Food Workers # 167. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Mildred Ann Lovelace Roddy ( Mimmie), of Barlow, KY, one son Kenton Pope of Lake Elisinor, California, two daughters Kimberly Pope Hayden Lesdesma of Hesperia, California, and April Pope Scillion of Boaz, KY. Three grandchildren Paige, Amanda, and Christian and nine great grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Wilma Roddy. A Memorial service will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Glen Crowe officiating.
