Wickliffe, KY James W. Bracken , age 59, died Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:08 p.m. at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. He was an Army Veteran. He was employed at Two Rivers Fishery in Wickliffe, KY. He is survived by his wife Sandra Bracken of Wickliffe, KY, his father James Allen Bracken of Benton Harbor, Michigan., one daughter LaShonda Wright of Benton Harbor, Michigan, two sons Willie James Williams Jr. and Allan Shane Williams, one brother Martin Bracken of LaCenter, KY, five grandchildren And four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Wanda Inell Davis Stone and one brother Kenneth Bracken. Memorial Services will be Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm Ohio Valley Baptist Church with the Rev.
