Barlow, KY James Luther Trevathan, age 78, died at his home in Barlow, Wednesday morning, April 17, 2019 at 1:35 a.m. James loved to fish. He was a member of Gum Corner Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Janet Trevathan of Barlow, two sons; Dennis Luther Trevathan and his fiancé Anita Wyatt of Grahamville, KY, and Bradley James Trevathan (Stacy) of Barlow, KY. One daughter Cindy Morgan (Jeff) of Barlow, KY. One brother Billy (Ganeen) Trevathan of Cunningham, KY. One sister Alice Kissiar of Wickliffe, KY. One grandson; Corbin Foster of Barlow, KY. James was preceded in death by three brothers; Bobby Trevathan, Terry Trevathan, and Donnie Trevathan; three sisters; Sue Kissiar, Linda Thomasson, and Faye Crews, a daughter in law; Tina Trevathan and his parents Brown Luther and Mary Burge Trevathan. Visitation will be Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. at Gum Corner Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 4;00 p.m. at Gum Corner Baptist Church with the Rev.
