LaCenter, KY. James Thomas Turner, age 80, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at 3:59 p.m. at Baptist Health in Paducah. He worked most of his life as a diesel mechanic. James is survived by his wife of 60 years Rose Turner of LaCenter, KY., three sons Kenny Turner of LaCenter, Ky., Steve Turner of Lone Oak, KY., and Tony Turner of LaCenter, KY. Four sisters Maryeda Kincaid of Wardell, MO., Ida Marie Rhinehart of Clarkton, MO., Molly Mullenix of Malden, MO., and Maggie Disher of Portageville, MO. Nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren He was preceded in death by two sons Joey Turner and Gary Turner. Two brothers Carroll Turner and Earnest turner. His parents were William and Edith May Turner. Visitation will be Friday after 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Leland Hayden officiating. Interment will follow at Oscar Community Cemetery.
