Some people just have a way of making life a little brighter, and Jan was one of those people. She had a smile that could light up a room, a laugh you couldn’t help but love, and a fun, vivacious personality that made her unforgettable. Jan was one of a kind, and anyone who knew her knows there will never be another quite like her.

Jan was a loving mom who gave so much of herself to her family. As a devoted single mother, she poured her heart into the people she loved. Her family meant the world to her, and some of her favorite moments were the simple ones spent together, laughing, making memories, and enjoying life.

And, of course, there were her beloved pugs! Anyone who knew Jan knew how much she loved those little faces and the joy they brought into her life.

Jan also had a special love for Halloween. It wasn’t just another day on the calendar for her; it was her favorite holiday, a chance to have fun, enjoy a little spookiness, and make memories with the people she loved.

It is heartbreaking that Jan’s life ended so tragically on Wednesday. It’s hard to find the right words when someone is gone far too soon, especially someone whose personality brought so much light and laughter into the lives of others. There will be so many moments when she is missed, so many stories that will bring both tears and smiles, and so many reminders of the love she left behind.

Jan was so much more than the dates that mark her life. She was a mom, a daughter, a family member, a friend, a pug lover, and a beautiful, vibrant soul who made an impression on the people lucky enough to know her.
