Kevil, KY Jerry Leon Grief, age 77, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

Jerry was a member of Spring Bayou Baptist Church. He was the founder of Morehead's Gospel Music Ministry. He retired from Westvaco after 35 years of service. Jerry loved his country and was a Vietnam Army Veteran. Jerry loved to tinker with his tractors and cars in his man cave, collect signs and loved listening to gospel music.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Mary Ann Grief of Kevil, KY, one daughter Stephanie (Wes) Morehead of Kevil, KY and one granddaughter Emily Morehead of Murray, KY.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian and Onnie Mae Grief.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021 after 11:00 am at Spring Bayou Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, August 10,2021 at 2:00 pm at Spring Bayou Baptist Church with Brother Wes Morehead and Brother Jimmy Stairs officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Bayou Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors.
