Kevil, Ky. Jerry (Pap) Marshall Stevens, age 73, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 1:46 a.m. at Baptist Health in Paducah. Jerry retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department of Workers Comp. He was a member of Bethel Christian Church. He was very strong in his faith and loved to visit many churches where he enjoyed his great love of gospel singing. Jerry was a great fan of UK basketball. He was a Kentucky Colonel. Jerry was 32 nd Master Mason at the North Ballard Lodge # 537. He is survived by his Mother, Hugh Anna Marshall Stevens of Paducah, two daughters, Penny Stevens ( Robert Rice) of Hickory and Lisa ( Lynn) Myatt of Kevil. Two Grandchildren, Cody Church and Daniel Myatt. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Smith Stevens. Visitation will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 after 5:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil, Ky. and at 7:00 p.m. there will be a Masonic Service. Funeral Services will be Friday, December 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil, Ky. with Mark Buchanan and Rev. Larry Buchanan officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Keith Tilford officiating..
