LaCenter, KY Jonathan Adam Hack, age 48, died Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

He was born to Charles and Gloria Hack on November 13, 1972. He was a member of the Carpenter's Local Union #357 in Paducah. Adam loved the outdoors, especially riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He had the biggest heart and loved his family and friends.

Adam is survived by his mother, Gloria Hack of Charleston, MO; a daughter, Alexis Lee Hack of LaCenter, KY; a grandson, Loki Conyers; and his partner, Dedee Graves and her son Jesse Graves of LaCenter, KY.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Hack; his brother, Tim Hack; his grandparents, Bill and Jacquielyn Hack and Antanacio and Loretta Gorostiza.

Morrow Funeral Chapel of LaCenter is handling arrangements.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
