Barlow, KY, Juanita Mae Douglas, age 80, died Monday Evening at 10:59 p.m at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. She was a member of Barlow Baptist Church. Juanita is survived by one son Ronnie Douglas of Barlow, KY, one daughter Mellissa Douglas Hamilton and her husband Tony of Barlow. One brother Harold Purvis of Barlow, KY, two sisters Peggy Sheffer of Barlow and Judy Doublin of Barlow. One grandaughter Taryn Hamilton of Barlow, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband Lindell Douglas, two brothers Jimmie Purvis and Donnie Purvis and his parents Herbert and Lonita Purvis. Visitation will be Wednesday Evening from 6-8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. Funeral Services will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. with the Rev.
