Kevil, KY Katherine Maupin, age 78, passed away at her home in Kevil Thursday evening, April 22, 2021.

Katherine Maupin was a Registered Nurse and had been employed at several different Nursing Homes. She loved to knit, and always had a beautiful garden. Katherine loved to quilt and was an excellent cook.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Gary Lynn Maupin of Kevil, two sons, Lance Gallatin of Collins, Ohio and Jimmy Gallatin of Kevil, KY. One brother, Donald Dombroski of Houston, Texas, and two sisters Theresa Brigleb of Portland, Oregon and Janet Dombroski of Boston Mass. Two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Katherine was preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Bryce Gallatin, one brother Leonard Donbroski and one sister Louise Tomcho.

Graveside Services will be Monday, April 26, 2021 at Providence Cemetery at 11:00 am with the Rev. David Wagner officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery.
