Wickliffe, KY George Mark" Copperhead" Williams passed away of Friday, February 2, 2024 at Life Care Center of LaCenter, KY. He was born on March 7, 1960 in Bandana, KY to his late parents, Billy G. and Martha ( Lynn) Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Cheri Smith Williams of Wickliffe, KY; a daughter, Tequila Williams of Mounds City, Ill; a son, Jared Hargrove of Barlow, KY; two sisters, Debbie Lynn of of Oscar, KY and Rebecca Arnold (Tom) of Boise, Idaho; two brothers, Chuck Talley (Mary) of Ragland, KY and Frank Talley of Ledbetter, KY; two grandchildren, Shyla Pittman of Virginia and Colin Barkett of Biloxi, MS.

Mark was preceded in death by three brothers, Earl Williams, Paul Gene Williams, Boyce Williams and his parents.

Copperhead was manager of Frank's Tire and Wrecker Service in LaCenter, KY. Whether you knew him as Harry, Cowboy, or Copperhead, you never forgot him. He never met a stranger and always went above the call of duty. He enjoyed helping people. He had a heart for children, fixing their bicycles or taking them for rides in the rollback truck. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He enjoyed riding through the bottoms and hunting for arrowheads. He was famous for the love he had for his pets. Mark received a Special Recognition Award in 2022 from Ballard County Sherriff, Ronnie Giles for for his dedicated service to Ballard County. Mark contributed so much to Ballard County and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with Rev. Tyler Bird officiating.

Interment will follow at Oscar Cemetery.
