Bandana, Ky. Marty Joe Shelton, age 52, died at his home Thursday at 4:30 p.m. He loved to hunt and fish. He love the great outdoors and his farm was his sanctuary. Marty was very talented, he could build anything. Marty is survived by his parents Glenn Darrell and June Shelton of Bandana, Ky., one brother Danny Shelton and his wife Kathy of Kevil, and three nieces, Crystal Nicole Wexler and her husband Jordan, Melanie Bristoe ,and Tara Newby and her husband George. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert Lee and Thelma Ruth Stephens, and Opal Lorraine and O.T. Shelton. Visitation will be Saturday after 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil with the Rev. Dale Herrell and the Rev. Billy Dale Crabtree officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery.
