Wickliffe, KY Melinda Robertson, age 66, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Crittenden County Hospital in Marion, Kentucky. She was born January 16, 1957 in Paris, TN to her parents, Paul and Olivia McIver Crockett.

She graduated from Henry County High School in Paris, Tn. and went on to attend Murray State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. After graduation she was employed by Lourdes Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit for 25 years. In 2000 she was employed with Lourdes Home Care and Countryside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Bardwell, KY and was the best when it came to caregiving. Melinda was a member of First Baptist Church of LaCenter. She loved all of her family, especially her grandchildren.

Melinda is survived by the love of her life for 46 years, Kenny Robertson of Wickliffe, KY; one son, Justin Robertson of Wickliffe, KY; one daughter, Jessica Cooper and her husband Chris of Barlow, KY; two brothers, Mark Crockett and his wife Diette of Knoxville, TN and Bob Crockett and his wife Dottie of Buchanan, TN; one sister, Sandra Moore of New Jersey; four grandchildren, Will Cooper, Jase Cooper, Drew Robertson and Reed Robertson; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother in law, Larry Moore and her parents. Visitation will be Saturday, March 25, 2023 after 5:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter and Sunday morning, March 26, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time.

Funeral Services will be Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Chris Cooper and Rev. Jason Hay officiating.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Blandville, KY.
