Oscar, KY Michael Burnett Ryan, age, 76, died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Baptist Hospital in Paducah. He was a member of Oscar Baptist Church. He was past Master and member of North Ballard Masonic Lodge #537. Michael was a Navy Veteran during the Cuban Crisis. He was a self-employed Master electrician. He was a Kentucky Colonel. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Kathy Ryan of Oscar, KY. One son Patrick Ryan of Mayfield, KY. Three daughters Tina Downing of Benton, KY, Shannon Ryan of Barlow, KY, and Patty Robertson of LaCenter, KY. One sister Joann Miller of Erwin, TN. He was preceded in death by one son Michael Ryan, one daughter Karen Hartnett, One grandson John Tyler, one brother David Ryan and his parents Joseph and Louise Ryan. Visitation will be Wednesday Evening after 5:00 p.m. at Oscar Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Oscar Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Ryan Baker Officiating. Interment will follow at LaCenter Cemetery. Masonic Services will be held right before the funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. Morrow Funeral Chapel is handling services.
