Kevil, KY Moss Maupin, age 99, died at the Barkley Center in Paducah Thursday morning at 8:32 a.m. She was a member of Newton Creek Baptist Church. Moss is survived by three sons Moss Carroll Maupin of Water Valley, KY, Gary Maupin of Kevil, KY, and John Maupin of Kevil, KY. One daughter Henrietta Gray of Kevil, KY. Ten grandchildren , fourteen great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Maupin, one son Otis Lee Maupin, two sisters , three brothers and her parents Lee and Fratius Grief. Graveside services will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Newton Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Marty Brown Officiating. Interment will follow at Newton Creek Cemetery.
