Paducah, KY, Patricia Joanne Fondaw died Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Rivercrest Assisted Living in Paducah, KY. Pat was a Registered Nurse and was employed ten years at Lourdes Hospital. She was employed at the Ballard County Jail and also worked with Dr. Charlene Robinson. Pat retired from The American Red Cross after fifthteen years.

She is survived by two sons; Gregory Wayne Fondaw (Crystal) of LaCenter, KY, Grant Warner Fondaw (Christine) of Irvine, KY, two daughters, Michelle Kathleen Hayes of Nashville, TN and Cindy Benton (Del) of Dixon, KY. Two sisters Beverly Boriolo of Plymouth, California and Cathy Warner of Grants Pass Oregon. Fourteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband Garth Fondaw and her parents Wayne and Merle Warner.

There will be a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life for family and friends at a later date.
