LaCenter, KY. Peter Richard Johnson III, age 57 died at Ray and Kaye Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. at 4:10 a.m. Saturday November 26, 2016. Peter was a member of Local Iron Union # 1 of Chicago, ILL. He graduated from Castle Newberg High School in Newburg, Indiana in 1978. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Tina Johnson of LaCenter, Ky. His father Alex Holmes and his wife Jane. Two sons; Peter IV ( Rickie) Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Mathew Johnson of LaCenter, KY. Two Daughters; Lacey Marie Wagnon ( Justin) of Tulsa, Oklahma, and Ashton Cavanaugh ( Matt) of Wickliffe, KY. Three brothers Micah Johnson of Evansville, Indiana, Nicholas Holmes of Newburg, Indiana, and Patrick Holmes ( Anna) of Dallas, Texas. One sister Beth Neyhouse ( Mike) of Newburg, Indiana. Three grandchildren Rylee Kate Wagnon, Jessica Nicole Cavanaugh, and Jaxon Wayne Cavanaugh. Neices and nephews Alexander and Zelda Clare Holmes, Brooke Heuring, Zachary Elliott, and Nicholas Holmes Jr. Peter was preceded in death by his mother Lydia Holmes. Memorial Services will be Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter with the Rev. Ryan Baker officiating.
