Phil Hook 64 of Kevil, KY died Monday May 2, 2016 at his home in Kevil. He was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Phil is survived by his wife Myra Hook of Kevil, four sons Shane Hook of Paducah, Samuel Hook of Nashville, TN, Andrew Hook of Lousiville, and Ty Schleisman of Cincinnati, Ohio Preceeded in death by his parents Dennis F. & Lynda Stafford Hook Memorial Services will be Thursday May 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Rodney Hill.
