Wickliffe, Ky. Phyllis Ann Draper Newton, age 76, died at her daughters home Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 3:58 p.m. She was a member of New Liberty General Baptist Church. Phyllis was very devoted to her family and was loved by so many friends. Phyllis is survived by two daughters Sheryl Newton of Wickliffe, Ky. and Karen Foley and her husband Roger of Wickliffe, Ky. Two brothers Billy Dean Draper of Oscar, KY. and Jimmy Joe Draper of Reidland, KY. Two grandchildren Stephanie Jordan and Derek Foley. Two great grandchildren Breanna Jordan and Gunnar Jordan. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Anna Remly Draper and an infant sister Betty Faye Draper. Visitation will be Tuesday evening after 5:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Leon Bellamy Jr. officiating, Interment will follow at Barlow Cemetery.
