Kevil, KY Retus Foley Jr. Passed away on Monday evening, December 12, 2022 at Life Care Center in LaCenter, KY.

He was born August 26, 1930 to his parents, Retus and Ruby Higgins Foley Sr. in Todd County, Kentucky. He retired from USEC as a truck driver. Retus was an Army Veteran. He was a beloved father and grandfather and will be sadly missed.

Retus is survived by three daughters, Vickie Burns of West Paducah, KY, Teresa Wray and her husband Ronnie of West Paducah, KY and Beverly Loggins of Smyrna, TN; a sister, Mildred Bryant of Greenville, KY; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; his caregivers, Sara Howell and Ashlee Howell; his best friend and dog Hoover.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Life Care in LaCenter for the wonderful care Retus received.

There will be a private graveside service at Newton Creek Cemetery.
