LaCenter, KY. Richard Neal Davis, age 83, died Friday, June 17, 2016, at 5:43 p.m. at Baptist Health in Paducah. He retired after 25 years of working as District Manager for Robert Orr Sysco. He was awarded salesman of the year several times. He was a meber of Antioch Masonic Lodge #332 for over 50 years. Richard was a member of LaCenter Christian Church where he served as Elder for several years. He attended Grace United Methodist Church.He was a member of Axe Lake and was an avid hunter and fisherman.. Richard also farmed for many years in Ballard County. Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years Georgia Davis of LaCenter,KY., one son Bradley Dean Davis and his wife Pattye Poole-Davis of Paducah, KY., One daughter Kelly Davis De Rezza and her husband Todd of Kevil, KY. One brother Larry Wayne Davis of New Palestine, Indiana. One sister Mary Jo McCormick of Millington, TN. Six grandchildren, Aspen K. Davis of New Orleans, LA, Alyssa B. Davis of Los Angelos, CA., Audra S. Davis of Nashville, TN., Tyler W. DeRezza of Naples, Italy, Hannah R. DeRezza of Kevil, Ky. and McKell Davis of Kevil, KY. And his faithful littel fur buddy Abby. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Cletie Davis. Visitation will be Monday after 10:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. Funeral Services will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. with the Rev. Jamie Lee officiating. Interment will follow at LaCenter Cemetery.
