San Antonio, TX, Robert Willard Tisdal, age 58, passed away at his home, Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

He was a successful Interior Designer as an Associate of John Tarr and Associates in San Antonio, TX. He graduated from Western Kentucky University.  His greatest pleasure was fondness of  cats, antiques and visiting New Orleans. We loved his musical laugh, bright blue eyes and the way he seemed to just call about everyone and everything. He was also so caring about family and everyone in his life.

He was a member of LaCenter First Baptist Church.

Robert is survived by his husband, John Tarr of San Antonio, TX; his mother, Sue Pottinger Tisdal of LaCenter, KY; two sisters,Peggy Birney (William) of LaCenter, KY and Carolyn Noles of West Paducah, KY; four nephews, Jeff Foster (Tammy) of LaCenter, KY, Casey Birney (Angela) of Paducah, KY, Chris Noles of West Paducah, KY and Brandon Birney (Kandice) of LaCenter, KY; eight great nieces and nephews, Haley Foster, Cavin Foster, Chase Noles, Ethan Noles, Noah Birney, Jace Birney, Jacob Birney and Charlie Birney.

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Willard Tisdal, an uncle Fred Pottinger, and a niece Shanon Birney.

A private funeral service will be held at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter with the Rev. Mark Bond officiating.

Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
