Barlow, KY Rollie Eugene Payne passed away on September 20, 2023 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, KY. He was born May 9, 1956 to his parents, Rollie and Zettia Payne.

Rollie retired from Cooper Dairy Farms. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his fur baby, Ruby. He loved his family and will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Vicki Payne of Barlow, KY; Mother, Zettia Payne of Maryland Heights, MO; three sons, Curtis Hall (April), Eric Payne (Caysie) and Brice Payne (Kimberly); four daughters, Angela Penrod, Jessica Hall, Amanda Miller (Steve) and Kayla Norman (Jason); two sisters, Ronda Weiss (Gene) of Maryland Heights, MO and Patsy Small (Joey) of Minter, AL; fourteen grandchildren, several great grand children and many nieces and nephews.

Rollie was preceded in death by his father; two sisters, Rozettia Dian Wade and Sandra Kay Ellis; one grandson, Devin Penrod and stepson, Casey Hall.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with the Rev. Dennis Lawrence officiating.
