Barlow, KY Rose Don Powell, age 80, died Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 1:48 P.M. at Life Care Center of LaCenter, KY. She was a member of Barlow Baptist Church. Rose is survived by her husband of 62 years; Fred W. Powell of Barlow, one son Chris Andrew Powell of Paducah, KY, two daughters; Karen Elizabeth Childers of Paducah, and Jedna Gay Blackburn and her husband Justin of Central City, KY. One brother Denny Richard Dunn of Arkansas, one sister Peggy Ruth Debord of Benton, Missouri and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Frank Allan Powell and her parents Ellis and Ethel Dunn. There will be no services. Morrow Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
