LaCenter, KY Roy Renfrow, age 79, passed away at his home on Sunday Evening, January 29, 2023, surrounded by his family and friends.

Roy was a member of of Ohio Valley Baptist church since 1982 where he served a deacon for many years. On October 16, 2022 his church recognized him as an Emeritus Deacon. His past employments include General Motors in Indianapolis, milking cows for Dewey Powell, and 35 years at Westvaco. Roy volunteered as a cook at Camp Currie for two years. He loved to ride his motorcycle and traveled all over the United States. Roy loved his family, Lord and Savior and his church family.

He is survived by the love of his life of 59 years, Lynn Renfrow of LaCenter KY; two sons, David Louis Renfrow (Jacqueline) of Wickliffe KY and James Allen Renfrow (Sunny) of LaCenter, KY; a daughter, Sandra Marie Renfrow of Waco, Texas; a brother, Billy Frank Renfrow (Darlene) Of Mayfield, KY; a sister, Nancy Lee Smithson (Patrick) of Paducah, KY; seven grandchildren, Owen Michael Renfrow, Zachary Wayne Gibbs, Rachael Lynn Gibbs, Reese Abernathy and Blake Abernathy; six great grandchildren

Roy was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Allen "Bob" Renfrow; grandaughter, Rhonda Marie Gibbs; step grandaughter, Skyleigh Poole and his parents, Bailey and Virginia Hall Renfrow.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.

Funeral Services will be Friday, February 3,  2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with Rev. Greg Jones officiating.

Interment will follow at LaCenter Cemetery.
