LaCenter, Ky. Ruth Ellen Miller, age 66, died Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 5:55 a.m. at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church of LaCenter, where her ministry for the Lord was the nursery. She babysat children in her home for many years. Her Grandchildren were her life. Surviving Ruth are her husband of 48 years Chuck Miller of LaCenter, KY; One son Eddy Miller and his wife, Wendy of LaCenter, KY; Four Grandchildren, Kelsey Miller of Bandana, Abby Boulton, Nic Boulton, and Lannie Miller all of LaCenter; Two brothers Monroe Norman of Murray, KY and Mike Norman of Dexter, MO; three sisters, Clara Humphreys of East Prairie,MO, Margie Suggs of East Prairie,MO, and Sandy Purtle of Benton, MO. Ruth was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers and her parents, James and Elsie Marie Norman. Funeral Serivces will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in LaCenter, KY. with the Rev. Mark Sickling officiating. Interment will follow at Barlow Cemetery.
