LaCenter, KY: Shirley Mae Ford, 76, of LaCenter passed away Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015 at 2:00 A.M. Shirley was survived by her six sons; Billy Earl Ford of LaCenter, KY; Marshall Ford of Glen Allen, MO, James Ford of Como, TN, Kevin Ford of LaCenter, KY, Brian Ford of LaCenter, and Barry Ford of LaCenter. She is survived by one sister, Pauline Slama of Kingman, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Ford, and her daughte,r Destry Gray. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Shirley was all about her family and loved them very much. She loved to cook for her family and friends and could often be found at the sewing machine working on quilts. Visitation will be held at Morrow Funeral of LaCenter on Wednesday, Jan. 14 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. Cindy Engelhardt will be officiating.
