Paducah, KY. Shirley Gladden, age 81 died Sunday Evening, December 23, 2018 at 9:35 p.m. She was a member of Rickman Road Baptist Church. She had been employed at Superior Care Nursing Home for several years. Shirley is survived by two sons Leonard Gladden of Robinsville, North Carolina and Micah Gladden of Bowling Green, KY. Three daughters Ruth Temple of Wickliffe, KK, Betty Pace of LaCenter, KY and Sandy Maggos of Paducah, Ky. Nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by two daughters Nomi Gladdin, Audrey Gladden; one son Jeremiah Gladden; one granddaughter;two brothers and one sister. Her parents were Henry and Rubena Frizzell. Visitation will be Friday, December 28, 2018 after 12:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil, KY. Funeral Services will be Friday, December 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral chapel in Kevil, KY with The Rev. Stan Durrett officiating. Interment will follow at Newton Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil is handling arrangements.
