Paducah, KY Terry Allen Newton, age 72, died at Baptist Health in Paducah December 24, 2019. He was born February 21, 1947 to his parents R.J. and Patricia Newton. He was a member of Southland Baptist Temple. He was a member and retired from Local Iron Workers Union #782. He was a member of American Veterans Organization. He was a Sergeant in the Army during the Viet Nam War. Terry is survived by his wife of 42 years Janice Newton of Paducah, two sons; Chris Newton of Sikeston, MO, and Steve McCulloch (Tabitha) of Clay, KY. Two daughters; Stephanie Materna (Patrick) of Knoxville, TN and Michelle Roberts (John) Of Sikeston, MO. He was preceded in death by two sisters; Peggy Overby and Pam Newton and his parents. Funeral Services will be Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, Ky with Rev. Topper Council officiating. Interment will follow at Barlow Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 29 from 11:00 am until funeral time at 2:00 pm.
