LACENTER, KY: Venita Geraldine Apperson, age 78, died Wednesday at Lourdes Medical Center in Paducah. She was born February 18, 1938 to David and Essie Judah in Clovis, New Mexico. She was of the Baptist faith. She was employed by Ballard County Board of Education as a bus driver for several years. She worked at Jimmy's Market in Future City for many years. She also farmed in her spare time. But most of her time was spent being a loving mother, mamaw, grandmaw, sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Keeton (Scott Gamble) of LaCenter; two sons; Bill Apperson (Betty Pace) and Mike Apperson of LaCenter, KY; two brothers, George Judah of Clovis, NM and Jerry Judah of Farmington, NM; and one sister, Yvonne Spencer of Vancouver, WA; four grandchildren; Stephanie Green (Chad) of LaCenter, Angela Alexander (Scott) of LaCenter, Jeremy Apperson (Kayla) of West Paducah, and Amanda Apperson of LaCenter; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Apperson and her parents, David and Essis Judah and one daughter, Mary Apperson. Visitation will be Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter fromt 11:00 A.M.until 2:00 P.M. Funeral services will start at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev.
