Barlow, KY Woodrow Owen Jr. died Friday evening, September 20, 2019 at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. He owned and operated the Gulf Service Station in Wickliffe for several years.He was a Viet Nam War Army Veteran. Woodrow is survived by one son; Aaron Owen of Summit, Mo, one stepson; Edward Owen of East Prairie, MO, One daughter; Katie Moss of Joelton, TN, two step daughters; Toni Blankenship of Wickliffe and Vanessa Gray of LaCenter. One brother; W.C. Owen of Memphis, TN, one sister Nell Ray of Covington, KY, eight grandchildren and several great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; Betty Owen, one grandson T.J. Adams and three sisters. His parents were Woodrow and Christina Owen. Morrow Funeral Chapel of LaCenter is handling arrangements. There will be no services.
