Jackie Holt

Calvert City, KY Jackie Holt, age 76 passed away at his residence on Saturday, July 11, 2020.

Born in Bandana, KY on Sept. 14, 1943 along side his parents Sam and Dorothy Holt. Jackie was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and was an avid University of Louisville Basketball fan. He was a member of the Teamsters Union #236 and helped the Super 8 Motel with maintenance work. Jackie was employed with McLean Trucking where he retired after several years of work.

Jackie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Brenda Holt of Calvert City, KY; one son, Jasen Holt of Benton, KY; two daughters, Jacqueline Roberts of Calvert City, KY and Jennifer Riddle of Reidland, KY; one brother , Eddie Holt of Paducah, KY and three grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by a granddaughter Bailey Holt, one sister Carolyn Taylor, and his parents.

Visitation will be held at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center at 12:00 p.m.

A graveside service will be held for Jackie on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Providence Cemetery starting at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Barry Fondaw will officiate service. I
