Archie Aldridge III

Wickliffe, KY – Archie Aldridge III, age 55 passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Mercy Health in Paducah, KY.

Archie was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Wickliffe, KY. He loved fishing and hunting and spent most of his life tracking down the legend known as Bigfoot. Archie loved to listen to old music but more importantly he loved spending time with his family that he loved so dearly. He started his career at Paul Hankins Ford in LaCenter, KY many years ago. He worked for Four Rivers Harley Davidson of Paducah for 20 plus years and has spent the last two years as a motorcycle technician at Abernathy’s in Union City, TN.

He is survived by two daughters, Amanda (Junior) Walker of Wickliffe, KY and Lindsey Aldridge of Barlow, KY; one son, Dylan Doyle of Oak Grove, KY; two brothers, Jeff (Becky) Aldridge of Wickliffe, KY and Gabe (Leanne) Aldridge of Gage, KY; three sisters, Tammy (Duane) Hoffner of Dongola, IL, Pam (DJ) Stewart of Kevil, KY and Elizabeth Aldridge of Louisville, KY; seven grandchildren, Kyleigh Walker, Amelia Walker, Amblen Preston, Eyeonah Preston, Sophie Doyle, Hazel Doyle and Colt Doyle; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews.

Archie is preceded in death by his parents Archie Aldridge II and Janess Chandler Aldridge.

Visitation for Mr. Aldridge will be held Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY beginning at 1 p.m. with Rev. Larry Fraser officiating. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Wickliffe, KY.

The family of Mr. Aldridge has requested mask be worn by all who attend both visitation and funeral.
