Cherry Gail Lee

Kevil, KY Cherry Gail Lee, age 71, passed away at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center, Thursday, October 21, 2021.

Cherry was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, She had been employed for several years at Teleservice and also was employed as a truck driver for Wahls Company. She enjoyed working in flowers and loved humming birds. Cherry enjoyed and loved being around her family especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Donnie Dodd of Kevil; her father and step mother, Herbert J. and Melva Ballard of Wickliffe; a son, Dale Chandler of Kevil, KY; two daughters, Ginger Collins and her husband Barry of Kevil, KY and Renee Pendelton of Cunningham, KY; three brothers, Larry Ballard (Donna) of Blandville, Mark Balard (Patty) of West Paducah, and Glen Ballard (Missy) of Wickliffe, Ky; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Cherry was preceded in death by her mother, Willie (Peaches) Virginia Ballard; a brother, Terry Ballard and her grandparents Mary and Buddy Payne.

Visitation will be Monday, October 25, 2021 after 9:00 am at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil.

Funeral Services will be Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11:00 am at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil with the Rev. Larry Davidson officiating.

Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
