James Dale "Humpy" Humphrey

James Dale Humphrey, age 76 of Kevil, KY passed away at his home on Wednesday, April, 19, 2023. He was born on November 22, 1946 to James and Mary Christine Downs Humphrey.

James was known by all the locals as "Humpy".  He graduated Paducah Tilghman High School in 1965. James was a veteran and had retired from Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. He spent most of his day either at Kevil Kitchen or Indian Hills Gas Station enjoying a cup of hot coffee.

James is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Deborah Humphrey.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter at 1:00 pm.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter at 2:00 pm.

Everyone that knew Humpy is asked to attend and please bring your stories and memories to share during the service.
