Jerry L Davis

LaCenter, KY Jerry L. Davis, age 84 passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Life Care Center of LaCenter, KY.  He was born on December 2, 1940 in Barlow, KY to his parents, Edwin and Ruth (Fry) Davis.

His employment included 45 years of working as a big equipment operator and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing.  He was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local #181 in Paducah, KY.

He is survived by five sons, Michael Wallace (Margaret) of LaCenter, KY, Bradley Wallace of Paducah, KY, Mark Wallace of Paducah, KY, Stevie Davis of Benton, KY, and Joey Davis; four daughters, Tamara Galloway of Paducah, KY, Connie Davis of Chicago, IL, Anita Davis of Chicago, IL and Summer Davis; fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Jerry was preceded in death by son, Chris Davis and his parents.
