Lewis DeWayne Chumbler

Kevil, KY Lewis DeWayne Chumbler, age 65, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 30, 2024. He was born in Paducah, KY on March 21, 1959 to his late parents, Lewis and Patsy Sue (Harris) Chumbler.

He is survived by a sister, Thalia (Tater) Chumbler Adlich of West Paducah; two nephews, Jeremy Gordon of Tucson, Arizona, and Jonathan Gordon of Springfield, Illinois; one niece, Summer Lynn of Bandana, KY; Six great nephews, four great nieces; one great great niece and one great great nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Patsy Chumbler.

DeWayne lived in Florida for several years and loved to visit from time to time. He enjoyed having a garden and canning the produce. Woodworking was one of his hobbies and built bird houses. Dewayne was all about the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. He graduated from Heath High School in 1977.
